The project’s main challenge was adapting Google Analytics 4 (GA4) metrics to the complex pet insurance purchasing process. This included handling variables such as breed, age, and coverage types across multiple brands and pets. Additionally, the need to integrate data from multiple development teams required a customized approach.

Nybble Group configured GA4 to accurately capture brand-specific data and designed Looker Studio dashboards to present data cohesively across all brands, allowing IPG to compare performance metrics efficiently. GTM was customized to ensure accurate tracking of key events and conversions, optimizing IPG's sales and conversion funnel.

We implemented Odoo as a central ERP platform to manage core operations like sales, inventory, manufacturing, and accounting. A make-to-order (MTO) system was tailored to align production with real-time sales orders, reducing excess inventory and waste. For logistics, we integrated Google Maps API, optimizing delivery routes based on postal codes, ensuring efficient and timely transportation.
