They help us structure the website to make our older viewers comfortable with the navigation.

There are a few tools that rate our site for its mobile friendliness. I also request feedback from our team members and customers, and I use analytics to track site traffic. Feedback from all those sources is excellent. We've received positive reviews on our website, and several users ask us who our vendor is.
I collaborate with several contractors, but they’re my favorite. They're efficient, friendly, and down to earth. They're always available and collaborative, very flexible and easy to work with. We update on a weekly to monthly basis, and they're always very responsive whenever we have a bug. They meet all our deadlines and follow up with us, even after they finish a product. They're proactive and make sure we're satisfied with a product. We have bi-weekly calls, and I can reach them through Basecamp, email, or by phone.

They helped us build the application and provided critical skills to get through it

The project went a little over budget, but that was more on our end because we struggled with some of our development approaches; They invested in the project to help with budget issues. We communicated via Slack and used Jira for project management; we used WhatsApp early on, but we moved away from that.

They brought expertise that meshed well together on the frontend and design and development work. It was fairly responsive regarding meetings and getting back to us with any questions. We have a personal connection with them which made for a good working relationship, and they were very professional. We enjoyed working together and our partnership.

We gave LN Webworks basic designs and mock-ups from PowerPoint, and we went back and forth based on those inputs to create the wireframes. We hired them again to do the actual website design. They used Figma and developed a comprehensive design for the web pages and click flows from one page to the next. They also provided frontend development work to help implement the designs into the Drupal-based website.

The website imports metadata about the photos and the media comes into the program and creates an event. Every time a new event is created, individuals are tagged, and all the members associated with the event are notified of the new event. Individuals can share events over the course of years, and the software helps to build biographies and stories in real-time.

To move this project along, we needed a vendor because we lacked an internal web developer.

This is as much a learning experience for Off-site services as it is for us.

The project was initially not delivered on time as we had agreed in the beginning, but we did finish the project in the end. Off-Site services went the extra mile to make sure we could keep our promises to our clients. Outsourcing talent has a major impact on our profitability. We had a large B2B website, content dense, integrated with Marketo, in two languages (EN and CN) that had been built on Drupal 9. Due to Drupal 9 end of life, we had to migrate to Drupal 11, which would involve a complete rebuild of the site structure, and then migrating over the hundreds of pages of content and content assets that we had.

During it's lifetime, the D9 site had also accrued a number of changes and features that made it very unwieldy and frustrating to use on the back-end.
