We update on a weekly to monthly basis, and they're always very responsive whenever we have a bug. They meet all our deadlines and follow up with us, even after they finish a product. They're proactive and make sure we're satisfied with a product. We have bi-weekly calls, and I can reach them through Basecamp, email, or by phone.

The project went a little over budget, but that was more on our end because we struggled with some of our development approaches; They invested in the project to help with budget issues. We communicated via Slack and used Jira for project management; we used WhatsApp early on, but we moved away from that. They brought expertise that meshed well together on the frontend and design and development work. It was fairly responsive regarding meetings and getting back to us with any questions. We have a personal connection with them which made for a good working relationship, and they were very professional. We enjoyed working together and our partnership.
