We started in business in 2011 as one of the first Irish Flexible Workspaces Operators to look at office accommodation in the context of design + flexibility, and not just purpose.
Our steady approach to growth has allowed us to develop our business organically, free from the control of VC funds and investors allowing us to focus more on member satisfaction and high quality work environments and less on satisfying the commercial needs of outside parties.

Our senior team comprises of experienced asset managers and our member facing and support staff are handpicked and carefully trained. We provide beautiful, flexible workspace free from distraction and in professional and beautifully designed environments on Harcourt Street Dublin 2 and in Blackrock Village, South Dublin. Each are in prestigious business districts but also close to transport hubs as well as the best selection of restaurants, cafes, bars & gyms that Dublin has to offer.

Our flexible work options range from day offices, meeting spaces, virtual offices & coworking spaces up to a full time own door private offices for teams of 1 to 50 people.
