Offshore1st gives companies in the US, UK, Australia and the Gulf a dedicated, full-time team member in India. The people we place work only for one client, 160+ hours a month, in the client's own tools and working hours. Clients interview every candidate and direct the work. We employ, equip and manage the team from our delivery centre in HITEC City, Hyderabad.

We staff 100+ technologies and functions: Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, AWS, data engineering, AI/ML, web and mobile development, design, digital marketing, accounting for CPA firms, and business support. For companies ready for their own entity in India, we also build Global Capability Centers.

Our 4-stage vetting passes about 1 in 12 applicants. Clients get 3–5 matched profiles within 48 hours, and first hires usually start in under 10 days. Retention is 92%, and any hire can be replaced free within the first two weeks.

Rates are all-inclusive per person per month: Junior US$1,800–2,500, Mid-level US$2,500–3,500, Senior US$3,500–5,000, Architect/Lead US$5,000–7,000. No placement fee and no long-term contract.

Every hire signs an individual NDA and assigns IP to the client, and works on company-managed encrypted devices with VPN and MFA. Our controls are aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 (we are not certified). Founded in 2018, Offshore1st is a brand of ShootOrder Technology LLP and has served 50+ clients.
