I needed to rewrite my existing automation application into Python and connected with an IT association in India, which referred me to Ombrulla. Initially, communication seemed promising, and I engaged with them despite working remotely from Mumbai while they operated from Kerala. However, the project quickly faltered, taking over two years without delivery. I realized later that their claims, including office locations and team size, were false. Many individuals listed on their website and LinkedIn profiles were fabricated. They stopped responding, kept the payment, and never completed the project. It was disheartening to experience such unprofessional behavior.

They continued taking money without any accountability, and their customer handling was poor, failing to acknowledge challenges openly or responsibly. Projects can fail, but honest communication was severely lacking.
