Ominira

Ominira is a legal process outsourcing (LPO) company that helps law firms manage the recurring administrative work behind every case: client intake calls, demand letter drafting, case file management, and general legal administrative support, without pulling attorneys or in-house staff away from casework. Ominira works inside each firm's existing case management systems and instructions, and engagements can be structured full-time or part-time depending on a firm's caseload. Most firms are fully onboarded within one to two weeks. Every team member signs a confidentiality agreement, and client files never leave the firm's own systems. Ominira was founded by Aleeza Irfan, who previously worked as a case manager inside a personal injury firm.
