On-The-Mark Transcription was formed in early 2003 to meet the needs of the medical community by providing quality documentation. Our transcriptionists are dedicated to producing quality documentation of patient records and receive ongoing education and support from CMT’s. Our transcriptionists are held to the standards set forth by AHDI.

Confidentiality is taken very seriously as our transcriptionists are HIPAA compliant to ensure confidentiality of the patient and/or the facility is not compromised.
