One of my favorite actions in business is to collaborate with our creative production team. Each person on the team is hand picked for each project, and incredibly talented in their craft: whether its a writer, composer, cinematographer, editor, designer, audio engineer or production assistant! I like to see productions get results! So I spend a great deal of time on the front end asking questions like, "How do you measure the success of this video?" or "Tell me more about what your audience believes" or "What do you want your audience to understand, and what action you want them to take?" These give us the ability to create something that is dynamic and catches the attention of those who it's designed for.
