We needed help in incremental development and domain expertise in regard to education from an organization for our existing platform. OpenSense Labs was the right fit for our requirements, and therefore we hired this agency. We selected a few of the organizations from Drupal.org, because this product was already built on Drupal, and then came in touch with OpenSense Labs. We chose them because of the cost-effective engagement proposal and also because of their previous work record. With their support, we were able to move to agile and also conduct sprint-wise proper planning for the smooth deployment of our project. The OpenSense Labs team was good at the product discovery approach which helped in understanding the need of our users and rightfully developing the product for them. In midst of all the difficulties and hardships, they ensured that our work is delivered on time also maintaining proper quality. They provided proficient developers at a very cost-effective price.

We have worked with OpenSense Labs for the past 4 years on Drupal website development projects on behalf of our clients. We have also started to build out application products together.

OSL came recommended to us because of their experience with Drupal and can I honestly say they kept up to that reputation. Finding the balance between professional expertise and our budget constraints proved quite challenging, until we were recommended to approach OSL. Their team really know what they’re doing and that showed through the entire process, from planning to development to testing. I think our initial project with OSL really challenged them hard, we have a tight budget, some complex api integration and a VERY tight schedule, but they still delivered and everyone in our organisation is extremely happy with the result. We consider OSL a partner, and have already completed our second phase project and there will no likely be more to come.
