Oritiq
End-to-End Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Platform
Overview
About Oritiq
Oritiq is a supply chain planning and decision intelligence platform. We serve mid-market manufacturers and distributors that already run an ERP and still plan in spreadsheets. We overlay SAP, Oracle or a regional ERP and connect demand forecasting, constraint-based supply planning, multi-echelon inventory optimization, production and procurement execution, and S&OP reconciliation into one decision layer above the transaction system.
We sell to manufacturing and distribution companies with INR 500 Cr to 3,000+ Cr in revenue (about USD 60M to 400M) and 500 to 5,000 employees, including promoter-led and family-owned businesses scaling past founder-dependent decision-making. Our core sectors are automotive and auto components, steel and metals, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, process and chemical manufacturing, FMCG, consumer durables and electronics, retail and apparel distribution, industrial equipment manufacturing, renewables, and defence and aerospace.
Our customers come to us with a specific operating problem: on-time-in-full delivery that keeps slipping, inventory sitting at the wrong nodes, forecasts that miss at SKU level, and an S&OP cycle rebuilt by hand from multiple spreadsheets every month.
Inside the account, we work with the Head of Supply Chain, VP Supply Chain, Head of Planning and HOD Operations, who own the buying decision. Demand planners, supply planners, S&OP coordinators and materials managers are our daily users. We answer to the CTO, Head of IT or Digital Transformation lead on ERP integration, data residency and security, and to the COO and CFO on the business case.
We sell primarily in India and are expanding across the Middle East and wider Asia.
