I am the Founder at Orvador where I am taking forward my learning from the last 10 years as an SEO Expert and digital marketeer. I have experience in SEO client consulting, and brand-building of in-house and client-based e-commerce and product-based websites. As a tech-savvy expert in this domain, I have also governed various e-commerce sales and product-based clients, including some Fortune 500 companies.
At Orvador my focus is on client on-boarding and maintaining client relationships. As a subject-matter expert, I also play a decisive role in the strategies designed for the clients. Besides, I keep myself updated on the day-to-day activities of each account besides ensuring the smooth working of my own team.

Given my expertise in core SEO, Orvador’s maximum client projects deal in the same for small and medium-size startups. Unlike many agencies, Orvador has expertise in managing SEO projects on multiple eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Magento, and Woocommerce.
We as an organization also believe in supporting brands that are doing good for society. With that intention, we also proudly work with national and international sustainable brands like The Organic World and Butt Naked Body Skincare. We also work on special pricing with NGOs and social enterprises like GiveIndia.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We focus on catering to businesses in sustainable eCommerce. We also proudly work with NGOs and social enterprises. Almost all of our clients have been with us for more than a year now besides one-time projects like Technical SEO audits.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Most of our projects are around Google SEO for the organic growth of a brand’s website. Besides, we often get projects related to Paid Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO Audits, and Technical SEO.
What do you find to be some of the most key factors for running a successful agency in the field of Digital Marketing?
I believe networking plays a big role in this industry as new and high-paying projects often come by word of mouth. Hence, it is imperative to add value to the industry from time to time and be present in the right circles. I have also come to realize that client education is also an important part of the whole game. It’s not only appreciated by the client but also helps build trust which leads to longer client retention and more projects. I also believe in team building. My experience has taught me that a motivated team can add value to the business in multiple ways.

All our clients are on monthly retainers except the ones who come for one-time projects (like SEO audits) for which we charge a one-time project fee.
