Pathfinder started life as an internal agency for sister company SCH and has been trading as a standalone business since 2005.

We have a unique understanding of the highly demanding port industry and regularly support a wide range of stevedoring and maritime clients in a number of locations around the UK.  The skills base we retain has allowed us to successfully crossover into other industries with customers covering automotive, warehousing and commercial roles.

Our mantra is Quality.   We do not believe in “bums on seats” and that’s why our own ITSSAR accredited instructors assess every skilled worker who joins our agency to make sure they meet our exacting standards, whether that’s car driving or operating top end MHE.

With our head office in Southampton, we also have offices in Liverpool and plans to expand into other locations around the UK
