Prudential Customs Brokerage Services, Inc. (PCBSI) was founded by our former President, Mr. Rodolfo S. Ibuna, and is presently managed by the company’s incumbent President, Mr. Rommel Ibuna.

The company, PCBSI is a corporation, incorporated under Philippine Laws, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 27, 1969 under SEC Registration No. 38700. The company has now grown to nine (9) branches, three (3) RORO ports and its affiliated companies with offices and branches nationwide. Our principal office is located at Dela Rosa Centre 7603 Dela Rosa St. Pio Del Pilar, Makati City.

PCBSI started out in the business of customs brokerage. The business expanded when the company represented the business interests of foreign shipping companies, importers/exporters and manufacturers here in the Philippines. The Company’s service is cargo handling and other port related services in government ports.

PCBSI has acquired company-wide ISO 9001:2008 certification for its quality management system that seeks to continually improve of customer satisfaction with regard to its services. The ISO certificate was issued on the year 2006 by the Certification International Philippines and to be continued by TUV Rheinland from 2018 onwards.
