Pepper Foster Consulting exists to make a difference, to make things better; for its clients, its employees and the communities in which it operates. Founded in Portland, Oregon in January 2015 Pepper Foster provides consulting services in the areas of project and program management, operations, and process optimization, and change leadership. It also supports local non-profits and start-ups with pro-bono, reduced rate, and shared risk-reward consulting services.

Pepper Foster’s #1 goal is to be recognized by a major publication as the company that had the biggest positive impact on the lives of Oregonians in the first half of the 21st century.
