Role: Owner at A Mobile Marketing Application
Customer service is appreciable.

The client is a mobile marketing platform that helps small businesses and restaurants in promoting their services to mobile app users.  Perception System was involved in designing and developing an iOS application for the client around the same concept and later on made some cosmetic changes to the application.  The project took about five to six months to complete which was well within the committed timeframe and the proposed budget.

The client really appreciates how Perception System supported him throughout the project and helped him understand the technicalities of the project. The client is highly satisfied with their services, technical expertise, and continuous customer support and loved the overall experience of working with them. The client also recommends them highly to their colleagues and friends.

Things you should consider while designing e-commerce websites?

Simple and easy navigation

Imagine that a non-tech-savvy person is going to use your website and then map out a design layout that will not hinder the experience. Follow Hick’s law, don’t present visitors with unwanted information, product options and pop-ups, otherwise they get overwhelmed and leave the page in the midst. Make your pages coherent and simple to navigate. Use optimized pages and images, so that the page loads within 3 seconds of request.

Personalised interface

The recommendation engine should be relevant and apt enough to give your visitors what they are looking for. Through this, you can cultivate lasting relationships with customers and it will also help in retention as well.

Publish user-generated content

The more reviews, ratings and pictures buyers upload on the e-commerce website, the more loyalty you will create among the customers. These small features act as a badge of credibility and transparency and enhance the trust in products and services.

Build a stunning homepage

First impression is of paramount importance on e-commerce websites. Visitors only spend 0.5 seconds to decide if they want to communicate with the website further. Make the most of their short attention span by maintaining visual consistency, by writing engaging content with actionable CTA and by making it easy to connect so that visitors do not bounce from your page.

All things considered

The UX/UI of a website has a great influence on the buying decision of customers. Make sure it is minimalistic, have high-quality images/videos and the checkout page is faster for maximum profitability and conversion.
