- PSS was established in 1981 by two brothers, Mario and Clarence Lobo. Having lived, studied and worked across India and completing their management degrees from the Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur, they saw a need for senior executive level hiring for India’s small growing companies.
- We pride ourselves as pioneers of the executive search model of leadership hiring in India, as the country’s first executive search firm.
