I'm the CEO of Plavno company and my name is Aleh Lipunov. What is the story behind starting this company?
It all started with only 3 of us, but we dared to dream big! Staying true to our principles, constant reinventing, and agility made us where we are now. Whatever the size, we still react quickly. So that we earn the trust of a bunch of customers, whether they are startups or large corporations.

As a result Plavno now is a social impact-driven company building uniform and strategic relationships between Western Europe, Northern America, Canada, and Australia resulting in sustainable economic benefits for both.

Plavno provides outsourcing and outstaffing services. We reinforce client teams with IT experts, and clients can fully control the development process. We can also develop a project from scratch, help with competitor analysis, and MVP development and follow the process from business analysis and preparation of technical documentation to launch and support.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our main competitive advantage is that we have our own products which are successfully working on the market, some of them have already taken a good place and exist for 10 years, some solutions were bought by other companies. We know how to create products from scratch and how to develop the best MVP.

In addition to technical expertise, we try to make the development process as clear and transparent as possible for our clients. A really valuable bonus is the time! We've earned our expertise by building custom B2B and B2C applications for a variety of industries and business domains, including, but not limited to Healthcare, E-Learning, FinTech, Travel & Hospitality, etc. We also focus on web3 and blockchain development. But other than that, we had experience in logistics and retail.

After the solution is developed, we do not say “goodbye” to the client, as we continue to provide support, bug fixes, and updates.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Through outsourcing and outstaffing services in development, we work with both startups and large businesses. Businesses can be from completely different industries. Usually, startups apply most of all for the development of an MVP for their project, and then, with its successful implementation, we usually switch to the development of a full-fledged solution for the client.

In addition, we have established ourselves as experts in WebRTC technology, so we are often approached for edtech and e-health solutions.

Recently, due to the heyday of web 3 and blockchain, customers are increasingly turning to us for solutions in this area, such as crypto wallets and NFT marketplaces.

All our clients remain satisfied with the result of working with us, as evidenced by reviews and ratings on various platforms.

The guarantee of success is a precise development process. We carefully collect and analyze requirements, dividing them into user stories and use cases and as a result, the client gets a detailed technical specification.

What about technical support, we provide it 24/7 at all phases of the project and after the project launch. But other than technical support, we also offer consulting and business analysis services.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
In Plavno we follow the time & material model. Once a month a client reviews the scope of work that was done and then pays for it. Usually projects last approximately 4-5 months.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We work with a variety of projects, usually, pricing projects start at $20K.

Considering all our requirements and needs, the Plavno team decided to organize the system structure as follows: The server backend, invisible to end users, located in a virtualized environment, was designed to be scalable. The frontend was divided into two main parts—the user part and the admin panel.
The admin panel has an advanced set of features, allowing for easy manipulation of the stored data. Admins can add new content and integrate new titles into the system. Statistical evaluations of collected data and methods can be obtained to maintain the system or expand it with new titles.
The client portal is accessible from any platform via the client API or via the https port from any web browser. The user frontend has a limited set of functions, including actions such as logging in, changing a password, resending a verification email and deleting an account. Players can also use their achievements and in-game features.
