Powermind Contractors is a boutique IT staffing and nearshore recruitment firm headquartered in Krapkowice, Poland, specializing exclusively in the AWS and AI engineering ecosystem. We connect highly vetted Polish AWS and AI engineers with organizations across DACH, Nordics, Benelux, the UK, and North America under a B2B contractor model.

Unlike generalist agencies, every candidate in our network is technically verified by our own senior AWS and AI engineers, not by HR. We speak the language of engineers, understand the technology stack, and know each expert in our network personally. The result is a verified talent pool, not a stack of random CVs, delivered with the speed of a boutique and the depth of a large player.

Founded by Pawel Maksymczak, who brings over 20 years of IT industry experience, including time at ClearScale (an AWS Premier Partner in the US), Powermind operates without corporate bureaucracy. Our delivery model is lean: candidates in days, not weeks.
