Overview

About Prozo

Prozo is an end-to-end supply chain ecosystem for omnichannel brands. It brings warehousing, fulfilment, logistics, and technology together on one platform so brands can manage inventory and orders across B2B, D2C, marketplaces, retail, and quick commerce. Prozo was founded in 2014 by Dr Ashvini Jakhar and is headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana. Dr Jakhar, Founder and CEO, is a medical doctor who served in the Indian Navy and later worked at McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business.

The Prozo Fulfilment Network supports storage, inventory management, B2B replenishment, D2C fulfilment, and quick-commerce operations through a multi-format warehousing network of 50+ fulfilment centres and over 3 million square feet of space across India. Brands operate on one of three models: Shared, where space and manpower are pooled across clients on a pay-per-use basis; Dedicated, where space and manpower are exclusive to a single brand; and Managed, where Prozo runs a warehouse the brand already holds. A single inventory pool serves every channel, so the same stock can be allocated to B2B replenishment, D2C orders, marketplace fulfilment, and quick-commerce appointments.

The Prozo Logistics Network manages D2C shipping, same-day and next-day delivery, hyperlocal movement, PTL, FTL, and appointment-based marketplace and quick-commerce deliveries. It runs on a partner network of 30+ logistics providers, including 15 PTL carriers. Coverage is measured separately by service: 26,000+ pincodes for D2C shipments, 24,000+ pincodes by air, 8,800+ pincodes for same-day and next-day delivery, 29,000+ pincodes for PTL freight, and 23,600+ pincodes for heavy and bulky consignments.

Prozo's technology platform connects the network through ProOMS for order orchestration, ProWMS for warehouse operations, ProShip by Prozo for multi-carrier logistics, and Command Center and Control Tower for visibility, SLA monitoring, exception management, and governance. Within ProShip by Prozo, the PACE allocation engine selects a carrier for each shipment on pincode-level cost, RTO risk, and delivery SLA. ProWMS and Control Tower are also available to brands as standalone software.

Brands can work with Prozo on a pay-per-use model or a fixed-cost model, depending on volume profile and the amount of dedicated capacity required. Onboarding follows a six-step framework: discovery, solution design, commercial agreement, technology integration, warehouse and inventory setup, and pilot go-live, with a dedicated onboarding manager through the transition.

Prozo works with 120+ brands across categories, including Marico, Philips, Bata, Relaxo, Swiggy, Apollo Pharmacy, and HealthKart. The company is certified on ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 1, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and DPDP.
