PT Prima Indonesia Logistik

PT Prima Indonesia Logistik (PIL) which is also known as PIL logistics is a subsidiary of PT. PELABUHAN INDONESIA I (Persero). PT PIL was established and started operating on January 1, 2015 with a share ownership composition of 99% by PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA I (Persero). PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA I (Persero) is a state-owned company (BUMN) having 16 port branch offices and 6 subsidiaries including PT PIL.

Since the establishment of the company, PT PIL Terminal Multipurpose, Container Terminal, and Logistics. In 2015, PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA I (Persero) conducted a business restructuring within the subsidiary and PT PIL focused on the logistics business. In line with the company’s business direction, PT PIL has made changes to the logo as well as the company’s vision, mission and values.

Currently PT PIL operates several services including Freight Forwading (Domestic & International), Customs Clearance, Stockpiling Field, Cargo Transpotation, Warehousing & Distribution, Loading and Unloading Via Train at Pasoso Station, and Integrated Physical Checkpoint (TPFT).
