Pulp AI Studio is one operator setting up and running AI for small and mid-sized businesses: auto dealers, clinics, contractors, law firms and property managers.

Our managed setup is a hosted CRM with AI built in, live in about two weeks. It covers four services: a voice AI receptionist that answers and books, speed-to-lead replies in under 30 seconds, database reactivation for old leads, and AI replies on Facebook and Instagram. We connect the tools you already use, including ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Clio, AppFolio, VinSolutions, Dentrix and HubSpot.

For shops that want a system they own outright, we scope custom builds: about 30 days to live, with an optional managed plan after.

The person who scopes the work is the person who builds it and answers the email.
