Quality Staff was formed in 1988 by a group of local business people who identified a need for a professional recruitment service within the industrial and transport sectors. Over the years however, Quality Staff has grown to provide a total recruitment solution to all businesses seeking a professional and personalised approach.

At our Core, our practices are underpinned by our Quality Assurance Certification (ISO 9001:2015) and our Occupational Health and Safety system. Quality Staff are proudly members of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA).
