About QueryNow
QueryNow is an AI implementation firm based in Plano, Texas, with a team in Germany. Since 2014 we have delivered more than 200 production systems for companies including Bayer, Takeda, Rockwell Automation, Burckhardt Compression and Tillotts Pharma.
We work one workflow at a time. Before we start, we write down the acceptance criteria the system must pass and you sign them. We build inside your own Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS or Google Cloud tenant, and you pay $10,000 only after every criterion passes. Nothing upfront.
The work we take on is document-heavy: pharma marketing and compliance review, certificates and renewals for independent insurance agencies, contract review, invoice matching and permission-aware search across SharePoint and Microsoft 365. A European pharmaceutical regulator runs an AI compliance scanner we built, which cut a 2 to 3 hour review to about 2 minutes per asset.
