Rapture Events

Rapture Events is a corporate event management company based on NIBM Road, Pune. Since 2004 we have planned and run events for companies across India, including Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi NCR.

We manage annual day celebrations, rewards and recognition nights, family days, sports days, office inaugurations, factory launches, dealer meets, channel partner conferences, leadership summits, employee engagement programmes, festive celebrations and corporate offsites.

Every event starts with a brief, a custom concept and an itemised estimate. Our in-house team then handles the venue, stage design, sound, lighting and LED, entertainment and hosts, award films, trophies, guest management and on-ground production, so your HR and admin teams can focus on their people instead of vendors.

We work with HR, admin, L&D and leadership teams at mid-sized and large companies.
