When RCX announced our transformation from a trucking firm to a transportation solution in 2009, it was a move made with our customers in mind.

Our goal was to make their job easier. In addition to providing a broad array of services including any kind of van/flatbed service, long-haul or regional, and specialized high touch deliveries, we focused on becoming more of a strategic partner. We expanded our dedicated services and founded RCX Solutions, Inc. to help our customers more effectively manage all aspects of their supply chain.

Our customers responded very positively to this change.

Today, it’s that same customer-focused commitment that drives our decisions. We’re still listening to our customer’s needs, and answering with the kind of services and solutions that not only solve transportation challenges, but also simplify the customer’s daily tasks.

Our Air Cargo Expedited serves as a perfect example. From JIT to emergency shipments, our customers told us that speed, service, and reliability were key when it comes to moving air freight on the ground. In response to this need, we began our Air Cargo Expedited service with handpicked driver teams, 100% on-time service goal, 24/7 customer service, and satellite tracking.
