Mary-Anne, the coach, created training and coaching program for a major real-estate firm focusing on production and business coaching for over 300 sales reps. The program achieved the Highest Production Per Agent Award worldwide out of 100,000 agents becoming #1 Worldwide for production all the years she lead it; the only Canadian office to accomplish this & aided in over 80 new agents joining. To this day, it has never been accomplished in Canada again.
