This project implemented a comprehensive DevOps pipeline using modern tools to create an automated, scalable, and reliable software delivery workflow.

This project focuses on developing a comprehensive DevOps pipeline tailored to enhance the client’s software delivery practices. It combined a set of modern tools into a unified workflow that ensured automation, consistency, and scalability. The project spanned over eight months and was focused on building a foundation that supports faster releases, reduces manual intervention, and improves overall reliability.
 

THE CHALLENGE
The main challenge of this project was to streamline the client’s software delivery process, which previously relied heavily on manual deployment steps. The goal was to reduce human error, speed up releases, and ensure consistent quality across projects, all while integrating multiple DevOps tools into a unified, automated workflow.

THE SOLUTION
The solution was the development of a fully automated DevOps pipeline that integrated Git for version control, Maven for build automation, Jenkins for continuous integration, and Ansible for deployment automation. This unified workflow reduced manual effort, improved reliability, and included a monitoring and feedback loop to ensure issues could be quickly identified and addressed, creating a scalable and efficient software delivery process.

At that time, we already had the RJ app - a custom-built platform developed to streamline and optimize IT talent management. We decided to expand its functionality and transform it into a complete CRM for our team.

RJ app is a custom-built platform developed by our team to streamline and optimize IT talent management, partner collaboration, and project allocation. It functions both as an internal CRM for our team and a resource management tool for partner companies.

Initially it was aimed to simplify cooperation with our network by allowing users to create profiles of the candidates and attach them to requests in one click. The main goal was to automate the workflow between our managers and partners, shorten the feedback time, and remove the need for follow-ups. Besides simplifying cooperation, the RJ app is now a complete CRM system with analytics and contact management features. 

The platform is developed in PHP, with the Laravel framework chosen as the optimal solution due to its rapid application development capabilities, robust MVC architecture, advanced security features, and strong community support.

It was built entirely from scratch, starting with carefully crafted user experience mapping to ensure seamless navigation and intuitive workflows. After that, the team prepared a visually engaging and user-friendly interface design.

Each stage, from UX planning to final deployment, was carefully executed to provide an efficient and scalable platform that meets all user needs.

Project requirements: Find a WordPress developer for a part-time outstaff project with Intermediate English level.

Implementation: A small startup project dealing with a charging station chain was looking for a WordPress developer to build a web part of the project. The developer we found has a good understanding of the limitations. This understanding is one of the crucial requirements the client shared with our team before we started our work. The candidate also has experience with WordPress plugins and custom PHP add-ons. His main functions on this project include developing the app from scratch and supporting old functionality.

Find a senior Ruby developer with experience in Lambda and fluent English for a healthcare project. 

Implementation:
For this project, our team found a perfect candidate with experience in Lambda, knowledge of fundamental designs of OOP, SOLID, and fluent English. His responsibilities on the project include participation in technical infrastructure-related activities such as deploying releases and server configuration, completing regular development activities across the entire tech stack, including enforcement of coding standards, and maintaining high levels of quality and design with an emphasis on automated testing.

The project requirements:
The client wanted to create an MVP for a startup project. The project itself is a job offer platform for maritime transportation.

Implementation:
It's well-known that the MVP stage is essential for almost every project to attract early adopter customers and validate a product idea early in the product development cycle. Recently, our team was responsible for creating an MVP for one of our customers. We developed from scratch the main page with the vacancies list and authorization block.

Project requirements:
The client needed someone to improve an existing menstrual circle app and add some new features. The circle collects data and users can see the statistic in the app. It works similarly to smartwatches.

Implementation:
For this project, the developer has to be experienced with Objective-C, which was a quite rare requirement, but we managed to find such a specialist. He added several new features and screens to the project and some changes to existing functionality. Although the work for the iOS developer is already over, the project is still ongoing and we involved another specialist there - a Java developer.

This time, we helped our customer find a senior AQA Java engineer for his long-term project. The client is a car leasing entrepreneur who desires to unlock value in the new world of mobility. They purchase, fund, and manage new vehicles for customers worldwide and provide a flexible, hassle-free, end-to-end leasing service for a typical contract duration of three to four years. With a wide range of products, channels, and brands, they deliver seamless solutions that unlock the freedom of mobility.

As everyone probably knows, .NET remains one of the leading frameworks in the technology world. This popularity can be explained by exceptional adaptability and a comprehensive set of tools, allowing developers to create sophisticated web applications, scalable cloud services, and efficient desktop applications.

Our agency is not an exception, and we get a bunch of .NET requests almost every month. One such request was from a client from the United Kingdom, who was looking for a middle .NET specialist with good spoken English. That wasn't a difficult task for our managers, and we proposed five candidates in the first two days after we got the request. One of them has successfully passed all the interview stages and started to work. His responsibilities during the project are: - Investigate production issues; - Provide temporary and/or permanent solutions for identified issues; - Improve code proactively by identifying possible problem points and designing solutions; - Write knowledge base articles about known issues and suggested resolutions; - Implement upgrades for the system (upgrade NuGet packages, migrate projects to .NET Core).

By the way, that developer has been working on this project for more than a year already, and the client is very satisfied with his performance and professionalism.

The project itself is very interesting. The client develops a bank accounting platform for SMEs where they can manage their bank accounts, analyze spendings, generate and share invoices or get funding, and much more. The system consists of several ASP.NET MVC web applications written with .NET Framework, with Razor pages that contain JS code Azure Functions and Azure Web Jobs.

A few weeks ago we managed to successfully close another interesting inquiry. One of our good partners was struggling to find a skilled Node.js developer for his old client. The pitfall in that situation was the necessity to work in the Pacific Standard Time zone. Of course, in our agency, we have partners worldwide, and it shouldn't have been a problem at all to find an appropriate candidate. But our work wouldn`t be so interesting if everything was so easy. That client wanted to support Ukraine during the hard war time and wanted to hire only Ukrainians for his project. Here was where the difficulties came in, as PST working time meant the developer should be available from 6 PM to 10 PM Kyiv time. And not many candidates were ready to work like that.

That was almost a year-long journey. We have found more than 16 candidates for that position, and all of them didn`t pass the technical interview with the client team. But not any rejection can stop our managers from closing a deal. So we continued to propose candidates and finally got a positive response from the client -  they were ready to hire a candidate from Red Jumpers, and the candidate was ready to work in PST.
