Relout's impact on our AWS infrastructure was transformative. Initially engaged through a recruiter, their team of two quickly proved their capabilities during interviews and demonstrated a seamless collaboration that aligned perfectly with our project needs. Their approach began with stabilizing our existing production environment while simultaneously preparing the groundwork for a new, optimized platform. Training sessions and comprehensive documentation on best practices ensured that our internal teams could not only operate effectively but also scale their knowledge independently.

Key milestones included the setup of a robust Kubernetes cluster and the successful deployment of applications to staging and production environments. This foundational work allowed us to transition new development projects to our enhanced AWS setup efficiently. Throughout the engagement, Relout prioritized cost reduction strategies, security enhancements, and streamlined resource management, all contributing to improved stability, performance, and ongoing cost savings.

Talent as a Service for IoT Enterprise: SRE and Fullstack Development

The client is a large player in the agricultural sector, distinguished by its deep focus on Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. As a large enterprise, they specialize in providing advanced digital and hardware solutions tailored specifically for monitoring and managing distributed equipment. Their comprehensive offerings go beyond conventional surveillance to include optimization of manufacturing processes through seamless integration of automation, machine learning, and advanced big data analytics.

The company faced the need to acquire new employees due to the increased demand for human resources as the company scaled. There was a necessity to possess specialized skills and competencies essential for project execution. The existing team couldn’t provide these required skills, creating a competence gap.

The growth in project numbers required more manpower than the current team could provide. The lack of adequate staff hindered efficient task execution and timely project completion.

The company aimed to acquire new talent quickly to keep in step with market demands. However, their internal HR department faced challenges in achieving the necessary speed. Relout, using its experience as an HR partner, delivers recruitment processes four times faster than internal teams. What’s more, the company needed highly qualified people to meet the project requirements.

Thanks to a prior, longstanding collaboration with the company’s CTO, whom we knew as a reliable partner, we commenced this project partnership. We started the cooperation by hiring two people. Demand grew, so in a short time another 8 people joined the team. Our new team members proved to be highly organized and exceptionally talented. The client continues to work with them, satisfied with their achievements. Our collaboration began in November 2022 and continues to this day, spanning over a year and three months.

Initially, our team consisted of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), backend developers, and engineers. Over time, backend developers, including a tech lead, joined us. We had technical leaders in both SRE and backend areas. Currently, our team comprises three sub-teams, two of which have their technical leaders and engineers. All our employees are experienced seniors in their field.

Recruiting Azure DevOps Engineers for a software development agency

During this collaboration, we provided recruitment services to Polish software development agency with a long-standing relationship with a British government institution, which was in need of recruiting an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join their team.

We were entrusted with the task because of our knowledge and experience in DevOps competencies, which we are able to convert into efficient and effective recruitment.

When we established the most important aspects of our cooperation, we could move on to activities already strictly related to recruitment. In this case, it included one role: Senior Azure DevOps Engineer.

The client wanted the specialist to join the team within a maximum of two months from the start of recruitment, but thanks to our extensive talent pool, we were able to close the recruitment within just 3 weeks.

Recruiting Lead PHP Developer for Marketing Agency

Pirk Spark is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency specializing in sales optimization on polish e-commerce site Allegro. Team was developing a proprietary SaaS platform called Allespark.pl – a site dedicated to Alllegro sellers, providing them with comprehensive analytics, sales process automation, and effective customer communication.

Thanks to our technical skills and years of experience, we successfully conducted the recruitment process, quickly delivering the ideal candidate to work on the allespark.pl platform within 2 weeks.

After 3 months (end of Relout’s Warranty Period), the client expressed satisfaction with both the quality of the selected candidate and the entire recruitment process. Client spoke highly of our communication, transparency and regular performance reports, including feedback and overall interest from the market.

Strategic Nearshoring for Digital Restaurant Solutions Company

At the end of 2021 Leeroy got in touch with Relout and requested for our team-extension service, to backfill stepping down DevOps engineers and to increase the competence level in an already established platform team. We started by providing 2 talented Senior DevOps engineers who’s primary task was to support and accelerate an ongoing Kubernetes migration and reduce AWS billing and costs.

Over time the scope of the assignment has changed significantly due to adapting to business realities (increasing inflation levels due to War in Ukraine and its effects on restaurants) but also thanks to a very promising and fruitful cooperation between Leeroy and Relout. We also identified a strong need for HR and Talent Management within Leeroy organization and supported CTO and Managers by offloading several responsibilities from them.

Over time the talent pool provided by Relout has increased to 4 DevOps/SRE Engineers including team leader (dedicated team) and 5 Backend/Fullstack Developers (Java+React) including team leaders and managers that were focused on redesigning the monolithic core of the app and developing new microservices for the global platform (called Leeroy Cloud)

We started with providing 2 talented Senior DevOps engineers who’s primary role was to support and accelerate an ongoing Kubernetes migration and reduce AWS billing and costs.

Over time the scope of assignment has changed significantly due to adapting to business realities (increasing inflation levels due to War in Ukraine and its effects on restaurants) but also thanks to a very promising and fruitful cooperation between Leeroy and Relout.

Over time the staff from Relout has been increased to 4 DevOps/SRE Engineers including promotion of one of members to team leader and a total of 4 Backend (Java) Engineers including team leaders and managers that were primarily focused on redesigning the monolithical core of the app and developing new microservices for the global platform (called Leeroy Cloud).
