Remolda is an AI transformation consultancy based in Ottawa, operated by Innova Consulting Group Inc. We help Canadian organizations decide where AI fits, build the first working AI workflows and train the people who use them.

Work runs in three fixed-price steps:

• AI Readiness Review, 490 CAD, 1 week: a 90-minute working session, a readiness score across six dimensions and 3–5 candidate use cases.
• AI Opportunity Audit, 2,900 CAD, 2 weeks: ranked use cases, a 12-month roadmap, governance roles and a costed first pilot.
• AI Pilot Sprint, 9,800 CAD, 6 weeks: one AI workflow in daily use, with a runbook and trained owners.

Services: AI strategy and roadmaps, AI governance and use policies, Canadian AI compliance (PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, Ontario rules, the federal Directive on Automated Decision-Making), AI agents and workflow automation, intelligent document processing, customer support and employee assistants, LLM integration with existing systems, and AI training for executives, departments and developers (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Claude Code).
