We're a flooring retailer and installer with a field sales team. I started working with Mikhail and Retailbox in July 2025 on our Carpet Now CRM project. The native calendar was clunky for our reps who spend most of their day on phones, so we built a custom app on top of it. The initial mockups were solid, and I was confident in the direction from the start. Our reps have been using the app live since January 2026. It handles their calendar and blocked time, deals and contacts, tasks, pricing calculators, the price book, photos, and an orders page showing shipment and delivery dates. Newer features like job site addresses and secondary deal contacts work great, and we've added Google address suggestions. We're still building it out, and Mikhail has been responsive and honest about what the AI can realistically do for our workflow.
