The Global Union of Scientists for Peace is an emerging force in preventing terrorism, war, and social violence through the application of cutting-edge, field-tested solutions in conflict resolution, national security, and global peace.
- To develop a creative animation for the global web project of the marketing agency Continuum in collaboration with 3D artist Skeeva and the ROAS.pro ad creatives agency’s team.
- Using different graphic styling techniques, we played with the key image from the company’s logo (sphere). Widely used color correction effects emphasize the surreal style of the video. In addition, the soundtrack was mixed with three different tracks, which greatly enhanced the viewing experience!

To develop a conceptual art style for the video creatives
To produce a bunch of the ten 3D video creatives
To beat the benchmark ads and get maximum ROAS
As usual, we started with the competitive field analysis. But we didn’t find any direct references since the game is unique. The only competitor was a Company of Heroes RTS game (well known as the PC game).
We got the Unity engine source files to optimize and speed up the production pipeline. This allowed us to build each scene strictly correlated with the actual gameplay. It always helps viewers to be happy after the installation of the game.
We took core mission mechanics from the wellknown RTS to show mostly them, potential viewers, via ad materials. Also, we decided to build empathy through the sexualized characters in the intros. So we bet on the easy recognition with non-standard elements, as for this genre.
We presented the initial concepts, but they lost the competition against the benchmark (CTR was around 1%), despite their highquality cinematic execution. We were disappointed.
However, we analyzed the problem and introduced intros with various creative and humorous features. This time, the CTR increased to a level of 45%, which ensured good funnel performance.
Popcore builds wildly popular games (500 M+ of installs) without paywalls that transcend language barriers and sociodemographic backgrounds.
- ROAS.pro agency was hired to extend the client’s production capacities and produce dozens of refreshes and iterations of the successful client’s creatives.
We defined the technical stack relevant to Popcorn’s pipeline. First, we developed a production software environment and then made our suggestion on its optimization.
In this project, it is vital to deliver new ad creatives weekly and test them asap. So we attracted senior artists to deliver ads under tight deadlines.
After each creative sprint, we highlighted how production and communication optimizations speed up the flow.

MadBox is a WW company owning 15+ games with 300M+ downloads! ROAS.pro was hired to extend ad creatives capacities for the PocketChamps game.

- Ad Concepts / Pre-production.
We analyzed the market, but the main difficulty was the lack of information on the competitive field since there weren’t any games to compare PocketChamps. So we defended the best features among the racing, arcades, and casual ad creatives and mixed them. Then we carefully developed detailed storyboards based on the gathered ideas.
- Production / Casting.
We worked with the Unity and UE engines to produce 3D concepts’ based on the assets provided by the client. We attracted our CTO to build the proper pipeline and ensure the highest possible production speed. In a parallel way, we made a casting to attract influencers and record their reviews for the UGCs.
We made all dimensions and iterations for each ad creative. But the immediate attention was allocated to Playable’s ad optimization for six different networks with different requirements.

The test is still ongoing, but we found many new creative solutions and mechanicsto get the lowest possible CPA.

Genesis is a co-founding company that builds global tech businesses with outstanding CEE entrepreneurs. Holy water (Unit of the Genesis) hired our agency for the TOP gaming project in Genesis, "My Fantasy." It is a role-playing game in the genre of interactive stories.
To elevate UA metrics and find new leading ad creatives

Design and Art Direction We attracted C-Level illustrators to catch the best-performing styles into the ad creatives. Then, based on our experience, we played around with the color palette and provided fresh ideas on UI and characters' animations.
Ads Production We used Spine (AE plugin) as the main software for the illustrated creatives to ensure the best-in-class execution and make video creatives more realistic. And we attracted 3D artists to produce such concepts, as well.
Testing - All concepts were tested against the benchmarks via A/B tests. It was essential for the project to beat the references after the early testing iterations. So we worked with the testing results a lot.
Over the project, we delivered over 15 unique ad creative concepts for tests and up to 20 refreshes.

Design and Art Direction We revised the language of the visual communications
We developed new UI assets and new graphic elements specific to Facebook, TikTok, Unity, IronSource, and Google Ads. In addition, we rethought the approach to resizing and arranged guidelines on how to use the new identity for the client's in-house design team.
Content Production Animation and Interactivity for the viewers
We bring new never-tested-before mechanics to the ad concepts. For example, VR gameplay for Bini Kids, new ideas oriented for Parents, etc. Also, we developed Playable ad creatives to be more engaging for the Players.
Localization and Promotion Platforms and Web2App UA flow
We defined the most performing UA channels in the competitive field and their features & specifics. Then, we advised taking that into account via the ad development process and helping the Bini Bambini team to develop their Web2App funnels.

Ad creatives for Bini Puzzle (puzzle game with meta) and Bini Mini (drawing game) helped to beat the benchmark via pretesting stage.
Ad creatives for Kids Academy beat the benchmarks thanks to unique UI features and additional elements founded through iterative development. CPA was decreased up to 30%
