Rococo Digital is a UK eCommerce agency and Shopify Partner, based in Arundel, West Sussex, working with brands across the UK. We are also a certified Klaviyo Partner and a Google Partner.

We exist because most eCommerce problems are not platform problems. They are a build decision made without the marketing plan, or a marketing plan that ignores what the store can actually do. Rococo runs both. Our developers and marketers work as one team, so the store and the plan to grow it are designed together and judged on the same number: revenue.

What we do:

How we work:
The two co-founders, Jake Boase and Matthew Jones, scope every project and stay on every account. There is no handover to a junior team after the pitch, and the team is in house rather than offshore. Reporting shows organic revenue, paid return and retention revenue by channel, not sessions and impressions.
