Andrea Gerson is a career coach and social worker. RS Works started as a place to bring those two passions and bodies of experience together.As the founder of Resume Scripter, Andrea has spent over a decade creating optimized resumes that land clients higher-paying jobs. As a social worker, she saw that vulnerable populations do not have the same access to these kinds of powerful tools and resources. Career counselors and non-profits are overextended, and they needed more support.
