“Ruby Has is completely wrecking our business”
Ruby Has is completely wrecking our business. Our inventory's being held hostage and they have 0 timeline for releasing it. They don't respond to customer contacts with anything other than the stock "we're working on it" emails. The EasyPost x RubyHas transition has been a complete nightmare. It's so disheartening to see my business being destroyed by these people and feel like there's absolutely nothing you can do.
