Overview
About Ryshe
Ryshe builds production AI for mid-market engineering, manufacturing and defense firms. We are a subsidiary of Wiley|Wilson, a 125-year-old architecture and engineering firm, so we know how project-based businesses run: proposals, specs, submittals, QA/QC, project controls and the systems that hold it all together.
Most AI projects stall after the pilot. Ours are built to reach production. Through Ryshe Forge, clients get a named senior team and a fixed monthly plan. Each month we agree on what to build, scope it and assign credits, then deliver working software tested on the client’s own data. Nothing starts until the client approves it, and credits are only used once the client accepts the finished work.
Typical work includes spec and submittal review, proposal and SF330 automation, document intelligence for purchase orders and invoices, searchable project archives, and enterprise AI hubs on Azure with cost controls and governance.
We are Azure-first and build on Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot and Fabric. Clients own everything we build, and their data is never used to train AI models.
Ryshe is based in Michigan and works with clients across the US.
