The sales pool was founded in 1995. Our fundamental belief then was, and still is, that personal qualities can weigh heavier than what one can read in a resume. Initially, the business was in Långedrag, home to Hans Diener, founder of ideas who together with Ulf Åkerström and Dan Andersson started building the business. One of the first things that started to build was a CV database - though a kind of analog version, in a document cabinet.
