Samthonia has a dedicated and experienced project manager, foremen, a valuable core of management, and an excellent reputation in the community. We are able to control costs and production delays by keeping a majority of our work in-house. We start from the original ground breaking of undeveloped properties to actual completion to ensure costs are down and profitability for our investors and shareholders.
