Quality Control and Peer Review:

Schoedel & Schoedel elected to join the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in January, 1980, and has maintained constant membership since. This voluntary membership provides a structured quality control framework for our accounting and auditing practice. Membership also entails a peer review process every third year. The peer review is conducted by an independent CPA firm with certified expertise in the review process. The peer review includes a study of the firm's quality control documentation and policies, and an examination of the firm's work product to test the application of quality control.
