For urgent spares, our service starts before the shipment arrives. Whenever appropriate, we will call the shipper and recommend the best possible routing.

Our experienced personnel and bonded vehicles are available at all times to ensure immediate customs clearance and delivery or forwarding to vessels anywhere in the St. Lawrence River System, Great Lakes Ports or Eastern Canada Deliveries at the Pilot Boat Stations and Locks throughout the St. Lawrence Seaway System are performed when necessary. For spares received prior to vessel’s arrival, we clear and store shipments in our warehouse, monitor the vessel’s progress and deliver on arrival.
