Shopcreator

Shopcreator is a UK-based ecommerce agency, founded in Leeds in 1998 — before PrestaShop, Magento or WooCommerce even existed. Today we're part of the Simply Evolve Ltd Group, and we work with everyone from global brands like Asda, Red Bull and Disney to growing B2B and B2C businesses across sectors including automotive, industrial, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

Fully Managed Hosting Most providers do one or the other — a hosting company that only manages the server, or an agency that builds the site but won't touch hosting. We do both, as one team, so there's never a handoff between suppliers blaming each other when something goes wrong.

PrestaShop, Magento & WooCommerce We're experts in all three platforms, not just the one we happen to know — so you get the right recommendation for your business, whether that's PrestaShop, Magento/Adobe Commerce, or WordPress/WooCommerce.

Safe Platform Upgrades Outdated versions are one of the most common problems we're asked to fix. We handle upgrades without breaking existing modules, integrations or data — plus third-party integrations with payment providers, ERP systems, CRMs and custom applications, something we've been doing since 1998.

Conversion Rate Optimisation We don't just build and host — we test, measure and refine stores to convert more of the traffic they already have, from first impression through to checkout.

Lightning-Fast Response Times While many providers leave you waiting days for a reply, we offer fast response times for urgent issues, backed by 24/7/365 server monitoring, reachable by phone, email or a dedicated client support portal.

Shopcreator is 100% UK-based — support and development are handled in-house in Leeds, with hosting delivered through a trusted UK hosting partner. Nothing is ever outsourced abroad.
