Shunya is a compliance infrastructure platform serving Indian startups, fintechs and SEBI-registered intermediaries. It covers private limited and Section 8 company incorporation, GST registration for freelancers and service providers, Startup India and DPIIT recognition, seed fund scheme applications, cross-border and FEMA filings including closure of foreign subsidiaries, and ongoing statutory compliance. Shunya is built by practising Chartered Accountants who work on these filings daily, and is operated by Advocare Technologies Private Limited from Mumbai. The platform is designed for founders and compliance teams who need regulatory work to be predictable, documented and on time rather than reactive.
