Our candidates come from Georgia, Ukraine, Armenia and Kazakhstan, speak strong English and work your hours: European business hours or the US East Coast morning. Every candidate passes a written test, records an English voice and video introduction, and talks to our team for 15 minutes before you see their profile. Within 7 days you get 3 vetted profiles with short video intros. You interview and hire directly: the contract is between you and the candidate, $700-1,100 per month via Deel, Wise or Payoneer. You pay a one-time fee on the candidate's first working day; if no one fits, you pay nothing. Free replacement within 90 days. No monthly markup, no deposit, no exclusivity. Free for candidates.
