The technical work they produced is good. This is only the first phase of three-phase project with them. Once we launch this phase, troubleshoot it, and go live, we will begin developing phase two. I would give them an eight out of 10 for project management. At times we had to bring them back to the requirements we agreed on, or had to be extra engaged to make sure they stuck closely to our schedule. However, there were a few lapses on both sides. Sometimes we were late or behind with our feedback. The phase-one launch was scheduled for April or May, but it’s been delayed until now. This delay was 70–80% our fault. We spent about two months on several technical issues to make sure we got them right, and we added something to the scope that took four months to deliver. All in all, we are still happy. We’re not in a hurry to launch the project yet. We more concerned with doing things well the first time.

Though there were some delays due slight issues, but the team was able to finish the project pretty well and deliver the outcome that matched our expectations. The team had some very efficient developers who understood the requirements and came up with ways to implement the same. The project was managed with emails and timely calls that required discussions. The time zone difference between both our teams gave some hiccups but the team managed it well and finished the project.

We frequently met during the project's design phase to discuss the app goals and objectives, we workshopped ideas and issues, then we began the research phase of the project, and we came up with an experience flow for an app user. Once that was complete we got design samples and very accurate Hi-Fi designs. Once the design was settled it was time for development to take over, we had a version of the app nearly weeks after. The team was very reliable and we were well informed of what goes on behind the scenes. We interacted with a few different team members, from design, development, and administration. Our PM worked to keep everyone in the loop. The app upon completion was gorgeous and efficient. It works exactly as intended. Everyone who has experience with it has been very pleased by the results.

Initially, they overestimated some things and we missed some sprint reviews, but in general, things worked out quite nicely. Selecting new team members is easy, with a very high hit rate of staff proposed to those selected to join our team. Any issues have been discussed proactively and resolved well. The account management has been great. Proactively seeking out any issues to be addressed, and providing the right people quickly when needed. As a team augmentation project, project management of their delivery has been less of a direct concern, though they have provided a project manager to oversee our engineering coordination who has worked very well.

Overall, we were very impressed with Singula team's capabilities and would recommend them to anyone looking for a team to help them develop an app. They were professional, responsive, and efficient in their work. They already have some essential modules, such as products and filters, order tracking, and more. The back-end engineers were able to customize these modules to meet our specific needs, which saved us a lot of time and money. In addition,Singula team was able to generate personalized recommendations for our subscription-based meal kit delivery service. This feature used user data to create unique subscription plans that were tailored to each individual customer. We found this to be very helpful in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The quality is great, and the app is fast and dynamic. The client was fully satisfied with the app, so I would definitely use them again. There were a few delays here and there, but those are expected during projects, so it was fine.

We are on track to get to the MVP of this project in just 4 months. I have made numerous changes to the project since Day 0 and the team has swiftly incorporated these changes into the product. They work really fluidly and are great at ways to find simpler solutions to complex problems. The current product is well beyond my expectations. We have had almost no delays as compared to the plan and all issues and problems are communicated very openly. The project management style is an agile method that is really useful.
