SKY7 is a UK-based fintech licensing and regulatory advisory company serving founders and operators in payments, electronic money, money services and digital assets.

We help clients scope licensing requirements, prepare applications, structure companies, build AML and compliance frameworks, and prepare for banking and payment-provider onboarding. We also support acquisitions of existing licensed financial companies, including buyer review, change-of-control coordination and compliance handover.

Our work covers the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada and the United Arab Emirates, with additional jurisdictions assessed for each engagement. Services are scoped around the client's business model, target markets and operating requirements.

SKY7 Fintech Solutions Ltd was incorporated in England and Wales in 2024. Project scope and fees are agreed individually following an initial consultation.
