At Power Digital, we were looking to move past standard automation and build a more robust, "production-first" AI system. Skyrocket AI was brought in to develop a custom AI Agent suite that could autonomously analyze real-time attribution data across fragmented channels. They didn't just give us a wrapper; they built the full system architecture, including a complex RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) layer that allowed our account leads to query internal strategy documents and historical campaign performance in a secure, private cloud environment.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The technical depth and transparency. They don't hide behind buzzwords. If a specific model wasn't performing for our specific use case, they were honest about the limitations and pivoted to a more stable architecture. Having direct access to the founder meant decisions were made in hours, not weeks.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
The onboarding was very technical. Their initial architectural breakdowns were so "in the weeds" that my non-technical project managers felt a bit overwhelmed. We had to ask them to create a simplified executive dashboard just so we could report progress to our broader board without getting lost in the engineering jargon.
