We are very satisfied with the work of "Slovo".
The experience was very positive. They were always accommodating, checking whether the deadlines suited us, attentive to our orders, and very polite in communication. Whenever we need certified translations, we always turn to "Slovo". On one occasion, we lost our documents due to shelling, and the agency kindly accommodated us by providing copies of the translations we had ordered previously. This was extremely valuable to us.

Describe your project in brief
We ordered the translation of financial documents (bank statements, transfers, etc.) for internal use and submission to financial institutions.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Flexibility and a personalized approach.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Being located in another city. This does not cause any problems, as in such cases we use postal services, but it would be more convenient if they were within closer reach. I don’t think this is something that can be changed at the moment, and as I mentioned earlier, I don’t consider it an issue overall.
