​Smartbooks AUS Pty Ltd was originally a local NT Company formed in 2009 prior to the legislation for bookkeepers to become qualified was introduced.

This law was passed effective 1st March 2010 and is extremely supportive for bookkeepers who understand and have trained in bookkeeping.

Smartbooks AUS previously expanded to Queensland in 2015 with a new local office in the Bayside.
