What is the story behind starting this company?
We started Softcrust 3 years ago with a primary goal of businesses' online growth and awareness of changing trends when I notice that most business owners assume spending on digital marketing as a waste not as an investment. Over time, my growing team and I put our results-based marketing tactics into action for more and more fellows.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Payment structure depends on the client's project if it’s a short-term project we charge per project if it's a long-term project then we charge per month.
We charge a 2 milestone 50% in advance and 50% at the end of the month/project.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, we take projects that meet our minimum budget requirement and that is your minimum marketing budget per month must be $150.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
2020 was critical for some businesses due to Covid-19 but we did a great business as compared to our competitors. Where we cater a small project in 2020 was a $1000 project and our big project was a half-million-dollar project and of course, there were a number of the same projects we did.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
In 10 years, I predict that my company will have spun off at least six successful subsidiary startups, which will all be run by someone other than myself. My core team members will love their new jobs in the family or will be at the point where things are good enough for them to consider early retirement.
