Wink Reports, an Australian SaaS company, needed a UX/UI overhaul to support their expansion into the U.S. market. Their platform had become cumbersome for non-technical users, particularly during onboarding and report creation. The challenge was to redesign the interface to be intuitive and user-friendly while preserving essential features for existing users.

Over six months, our three-person design team at SoftKraft analyzed the existing platform and gathered feedback from customer support. We introduced the concept of workbooks and tested various design approaches using low-fidelity prototypes. By leveraging the Ant Design System and our expertise in dashboard software, we developed high-fidelity designs featuring intuitive navigation and multi-step wizards.

After the design was finalized, SoftKraft provided a team of three frontend developers and a QA tester to implement the new designs. This ensured a seamless transition from design to development, maintaining the integrity of the user experience while accelerating the deployment process.

Kloopify set out to revolutionize procurement by seamlessly integrating sustainability into everyday business practices. They envisioned a SaaS platform leveraging AI and machine learning to analyze procurement processes for Scope 3 emissions impact. Partnering with SoftKraft, they embarked on a 12-month journey to transform this vision into a functional MVP.

Starting with a team of two developers, later scaling to four, SoftKraft built a user-friendly web app that effortlessly imports transactional data, applies advanced analytics, and presents insights through engaging visuals. Through clear and consistent collaboration, the development team ensured alignment with Kloopify's goals and maintained high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The result is a robust platform featuring centralized management of supplier and product information, goal tracking, custom data inclusion, and automated questionnaire distribution.
