Describe your project in brief
We hired Softkraft to enhance our UX/UI because our existing product has become outdated and cumbersome over the years. Our primary focus was on refining the user onboarding process and improving the ease of creating reports/dashboards. We needed a total redesign that underwent multiple rounds of user testing for feedback. Once the design was finalized, it was implemented using React and Ant Design to create a more user-friendly interface.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
We appreciated Softkraft’s professionalism and skill the most. Their team, adept in both design and coding, transformed our outdated UX/UI into a user-friendly and modern interface. Their responsiveness and adaptability in communication, along with their ability to effectively address issues, made our collaboration seamless and productive.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
There wasn't really anything not to like. For a year long large project I think interactions has stayed remarkably fresh and there is no sign of "project fatigue" from any team members.
