Terms: $20,000 deposit, rest on delivery within 6 months. Instead, they pressured me into paying $59,000 CAD ($44,000 USD). By Feb 2025, even their own task sheet showed less than 50% complete—two modules not even started. They never delivered a single line of usable code. Draft contracts were traps: outsourcing to India, no liability, no refunds. I offered to let them keep $10,000 or split 50/50; they refused and threatened me.
